Today I have started to make a character for a platform game we will be making soon. We used MagicVoxel to design our character and to start building it. We will have to make the parts where the joints will be smaller that the rest of the body so that once we export it into Maya we can easily rig the character.
It took me a few attempts to come up with an idea for my character and I finally stuck with the teddy bear. Here is what I have so far, I have yet to do his face or arms:
